The Public Records Library is Transparency for New Kent’s centralized source-document repository. Records maintained here may be referenced throughout current issues, historical matters, ethics and disclosure pages, citizen issue papers, 4×4 briefs, and other public-interest material.
How to Use This Library
Records are organized primarily by document type rather than by individual, political issue, or conclusion. A single record may relate to several subjects elsewhere on this website; those pages link back to the same authoritative source record here.
This approach reduces duplication, preserves document integrity, and makes updates and corrections easier to manage.

Transparency for New Kent seeks to preserve source records as received from public bodies and other authoritative sources. When appropriate, limited redactions may be made before publication to protect personal information unnecessary to the public purpose of the record.
Whenever possible, records identify the source, date, method of acquisition, and related subject areas so citizens can review the underlying material and draw their own conclusions.
